On the shore of Chaohu Lake, a unique white venue shines in the sun, this science-fiction "shaped diamond" building is a major cultural venue project jointly built by Anhui province and Hefei City, Hefei City's new urban cultural landmark - Anhui Province Science and Technology Museum, is also one of the representative engineering cases of Jason Ube high-performance gypsum based fiberboard project application.
The new Anhui Science and Technology Museum is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Huanhu North Road and Hong Kong Road, Binhu New District, Hefei City. The project covers a total area of about 75 mu, with a total construction area of about 60,000 square meters, with 5 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, and the building height is 45 meters. The building as a whole adopts the popular science concept of the dynamic operation of the universe, through the beautiful spiral curve of space, the image of the mystery of space operation, and stimulate the enthusiasm of visitors to explore the universe.
Inside the project, there are 9 permanent exhibition halls such as science Journey, science and technology power, children's amusement park, Heaven and Earth Exploration, science and innovation exploration, as well as 3 special effects theaters such as giant screen theater, ball screen theater, 4D theater and 1 science show. The interior installation project of the venue is based on the high standard fire protection requirements, and the partition ceiling system of the public area is made of Jason A1 grade refractory materials - Jason Superior high-performance gypsum-based fiberboard and Jason refractory partition ceiling system, which effectively guarantees the safety requirements of high grade fire resistance in the interior installation project.
At present, the construction of the new Anhui Science and Technology Museum has entered the final stage, and the project is expected to be officially opened to the public in the second half of this year, with an annual reception capacity of up to 2 million people, benefiting about 45 million people online and offline.
