In the field of interior decoration engineering, it often manifests as a contradiction between construction quality and target construction period. But this is precisely the contradiction that many projects must overcome due to various needs, causing many engineering students to go crazy and have to run and not eat grass. In fact, construction quality and schedule depend on three factors, which are interrelated: building materials, process methods, and worker technical level. And the most controllable aspect from the front-end is building materials, which is bound to be the starting point. In interior decoration projects, the most urgent aspect of the project schedule is often the tooling project, such as office, exhibition hall, and shop projects. The requirements for home decoration are often not too high in terms of construction period, while fixtures are relatively high because it involves the issue of rent free decoration period. Delaying the construction period by one more day is equivalent to paying an extra day of rent. Therefore, fixture projects naturally need to shorten the construction period as much as possible. However, no matter how short the construction period is, it cannot be achieved at the cost of reducing the level of construction quality, which is also a consensus.

In this way, the logic is actually very clear. The best way to shorten the construction period is to shorten or reduce the time spent on the process without affecting the later use. In terms of craftsmanship, not only does it eliminate the multiple traditional leveling processes required for using cement mortar, but it can be directly sprayed and smoothed in one step. In terms of initial and final setting time, it also saves more than half of the time compared to traditional cement mortar leveling. At the same time, due to the inherent cementitious properties of gypsum based products, there is no need to add any building adhesive, achieving essentially formaldehyde free materials.
      Gypsum based self leveling is used for leveling the ground, replacing traditional cement-based self leveling. Similarly, the setting time is much faster than that of cement-based self leveling, which can also save more than half of the time. And it is lighter, reducing the possibility of cracking while also being more load-bearing friendly for buildings.

To achieve a smooth and beautiful appearance, especially without cracking, it is necessary to use methods such as wall scraping, powder masonry leveling, interface agents, hanging nets, batch embedding leveling, internal and external corner protection strips, second batch embedding, latex paint primer, latex paint topcoat, or wall decoration such as wall covering and hard and soft packaging. And this layer by layer of wall treatment requires waiting for it to dry, which means the entire painting process will drag on for a long time, and there is no rush.
       The home decoration is still fine, but the tooling cannot be done step by step according to the complete painting process. But this approach may lead to problems such as cracks, hollowing, and peeling on the wall after several months or a year of use.


If the project schedule requirements are high, the use of gypsum board veneer wall system can be considered in the early design stage. Especially when on-site construction conditions permit, it is entirely possible to use the Jason bonded gypsum veneer wall system, which will minimize costs, minimize construction steps, and shorten the construction period. At the same time, using Jason Jixiang decorative board instead of traditional paper-based gypsum board, as it already has a complete decorative surface, means that after the gypsum board is applied, it only needs to be sealed with metal strips. It is equivalent to doing nothing on the basis of the original cement wall or the old wall that has not been dismantled. Simply roughen it up with adhesive plaster and apply decorative panels to complete the work. The resulting wall is the final finished surface and can be directly inspected and put into use. It can be said that it is currently one of the fastest and most effective process methods for wall treatment.
