To enhance the comprehensive quality and business skills of marketing system employees, and to build an efficient, high-quality, and highly responsible marketing team. From July 20th to 21st, all staff in the Eastern Marketing Area conducted a semi annual training activity for the marketing area at the Jason Gypsum Board Jiaxing factory.
This training activity consists of two parts: system practical operation and theoretical knowledge training. On the first day, all staff received practical training on partition and ceiling systems in the operation room. Manager Tang from the Technical Department of the Eastern Marketing Area explains the construction standards and preparations, and groups the trainees into project groups and assigns corresponding system tasks.
All staff were divided into three groups to carry out the construction and installation of partition wall systems and ceiling systems. After receiving the drawings, each group of personnel begins to calculate and collect the required materials and tools for the step-by-step construction and installation of the gypsum board system. Each student actively engaged in hands-on operations and sweated profusely. With the cooperation of team members, they successfully completed the operation and installation tasks.
The next day, in order to further improve the sales staff's understanding and professionalism of Jason's products and system solutions, and provide assistance for subsequent work, Manager Tang provided a systematic explanation and analysis of Jason's products, and in the subsequent interactive Q&A session, answered the questions encountered by the students in their daily work one by one.
After the theoretical training, the technical department conducted a test on the trainees based on what they had learned in the past two days. The students have all achieved good results and expressed that they have gained a lot from this training. They will apply the skills and product knowledge they have learned in their future sales work to provide better sales services and support for Jason's customers!
